Refund Policy

At Pondeez, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a fair and simple return and refund policy.

Returns

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Note: Opened or used items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or damage.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please email us within 7 days of delivery at info@pondeez.com

  • Include a description and photos of the issue

  • We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required in most cases

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery

  • Promotional or clearance items (unless damaged or defective)
